Our slides are big, heavy, and built to last — so they travel by truck. Here is exactly how it works and what to expect.
Why we ship by freight
Swole Much Fun slides are commercial-grade drop-stitch inflatables. Packed up, a single slide is large and heavy — well beyond what a parcel carrier can handle. Because of that, every order ships by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight on a truck, delivered nationwide across the United States.
Freight is the right way to move equipment this size. It keeps your slide protected in transit and gets it to you in one piece, ready for many seasons of use.
How your freight quote works
Freight pricing depends on where the shipment is going, so your rate is calculated for your region. Here is what happens at checkout:
- Select your state. This tells us your delivery region so we can apply the correct freight rate.
- Choose your freight option. You can pick the service that fits your needs — for example, standard curbside delivery, or white-glove delivery for extra handling.
- See your rate. The freight charge is based on your region and the option you selected, so the price you see reflects your actual delivery.
What to expect on delivery
Freight is delivered by appointment. After your order ships, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window that works for you — so plan to be available to receive the shipment.
Inspect before you sign
When the truck arrives, take a moment to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage to the packaging or the product, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. This protects you and makes any claim quick and easy to resolve.
Lead times & pre-order
Right now, slides are available on pre-order. Your order ships from our first production run, and our team will confirm your ship date by email once it is scheduled. We will keep you posted every step of the way, so you always know where things stand.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding from there — if you are outside the US and interested, reach out to us at order@swolemuchfun.com and we will let you know as options open up.
